Iyvon E. (Producing Artistic Director - she/her) is an award-winning creative producer, dramaturg, and arts leader dedicated to amplifying bold, diverse voices in theater. She is the Founder and Producing Artistic Director of The Parsnip Ship, a play development and podcast platform recognized by The New York Times as one of "5 Podcasts to Bring Theater Into Your Home." Her newest venture, Sparked By Iyvon, focuses on dramaturgy, script development and producing for new plays, providing bespoke artistic support to playwrights and storytellers. Iyvon has also led artistic programming at Signature Theatre, where she launched LaunchPad, a residency for early-career playwrights, and produced SigSpace, a dynamic public programming series. A Fulbright Scholar and Mark O’Donnell Prize recipient, she has worked at and with The Public Theater, Sundance Institute Theatre Program, and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and several other national and international companies. SkittLeZ Ortiz (Director of Marketing - they/them) is a trailblazing Latine artist from the Bronx, New York. Over the past 12 years, SkittLeZ has amassed over 150k followers across various platforms by creating uplifting content that celebrates community and pride. They first gained viral fame in 2012 with the acclaimed “Sh*t Spanish Girls Say,” which earned a Telemundo Premios Tu Mundo nomination. Their work has garnered numerous awards and recognitions, including two Bronx Recognizes Its Own Awards (2020 and 2023), the City Artist Corps Grant (2021), a YouTube Latino Creator Spotlight celebration at YouTube Space NY (2019), a TECLA Award nomination (2019), being a featured creator at Vidcon (2017) and a Youtube Next Up winner (2016). SkittLeZ’s acting experience includes stage performances in Locked Up Bitches at The PIT and The Flea in New York City, as well as television roles in HBO's High Maintenance (seasons 2 and 3). They also voices Debbie in SyFy's Wild Life and Juni in the Rattlestick Theatre’s MTA Radio Plays: The Miseducation Of Juni Rodriguez. SkittLeZ also played a key role in co-producing and co-hosting the vibrant Ladies Who Bronché podcast. Al Parker (Associate Artistic Director - they/them) is a creative producer, dramaturg, and audience services manager based in Brooklyn. Their work grows from a place of service and is invested in expanding the boundaries of intersectional storytelling, blurring the lines between what is and what could be. Al has worked in artistic, administrative, production, and audience services roles on projects with Playwrights Horizons, Signature Theatre Company, Ars Nova, MCC Theater, Breaking the Binary Theatre, Rattlestick Theater, Chelsea Factory, the Red Bull Music Festival, Page 73 Productions, ArKtype Productions, National Queer Theater, the Civilians, the Billie Holiday Theatre, the Nova Frontier Film Festival, Ronald K. Brown’s Evidence Dance Company, and the Central Brooklyn Jazz Consortium, among others. Hailing from South Dakota, they completed their studies in Dramatic Literature and Creative Writing at New York University.
Todd Kirkland (Digital Operations Director - he/him/his) is a technologist and operations specialist. Born and raised in the Boston area, he went on to graduate from Brandeis University, earning a degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business. After graduating, he started his career as an IT Resident at Google Ann Arbor. Then, a couple of years later, Todd moved to New York, continuing his career at Google for three more years and the AdOps side. Now, in Boston, Todd is working as the CEO at JetPatch, a patch management software company. During his free time, Todd likes to workout, train jiu-jitsu, and listen to podcasts.
Jesse Manning (Technical Manager and Special Projects - he/him/his) is a renaissance man, pursuing his passions and leading the charge along the way. After facilitating the launch of several small businesses in the nonprofit and for-profit space, Manning decided to build a brand of his own. He co-founded Business Lunch Productions in 2013 where he is the producer of all things, bringing his impeccable problem-solving skills and straightforward honesty to every aspect of the process. He is responsible for building teams of expert creatives and oversees the execution of each project from start to finish. His career began by building and running a team of 250 volunteers during the 2014 election cycle before moving into live television and helping grow one of sports’ most innovative technological advancements in decades with MLBAM’s Statcast technology.
