Melinda Hall (she/her/hers) is a writer, director, actor, acting coach and producer. She directed the reading of POLICARPA by Diana Burbano for The Parsnip Ship podcast in 2018. Her production company, Willful Pictures produces the online series (watch on YouTube): HOW SHAKESPEARE CHANGED MY LIFE starring Sir Ben Kingsley, Liev Schreiber, James Earl Jones, and the late Ray Bradbury among others notable artists. She was an Artist-in-Residence (Director) at the Drama League for the development of POLICARPA. Other directing credits: Macbeth, Phaedra, Penguin Blues, The Tempest, O Feel Ya (writer) for the Austin Fringe Festival and the short films: Intervention, The One Who Got Away and Cooties (writer) for the L.A. Short Film Festival. Melinda is a Reader-Scholar at the Folger Shakespeare Library and at the Wertheim Study, New York Public Library.
