Veronica Tjioe (she/they) is a Los Angeles based actor and playwright. Her first work, Dead Dog’s Bone: A Birthday Play, won the Dharma Grace Playwriting Award in 2012, and the Hollywood Fringe Encore Producer’s Award in 2015. Her play, The Last Croissant, was nominated for five awards at the 2019 Hollywood Fringe Festival and won Best of the Broadwater, Best Ensemble, and Top of Fringe. She has an MA in Theatre Arts from UC Santa Cruz and is a proud member and literary manager of The Attic Collective, a theatre company which focuses on collaboratively devising new work.
